Iloilo, Philippines – December, 2017Proxor in partnership with StackTrek launched a series of skill based competitions for software developers in Philippines. After the success of the first contest in Manila, the second challenge was held in Iloilo from 4th-6th December 2017 at the Central Philippine University and University of Iloilo Phinma. The 3-day contest was endorsed and supported by the Iloilo City Mayor, the honorable Mr. Jose S Espinosa III, and Department of Trade & Industry (DTI)
. The Stack League Competition in Iloilo commenced with an Opening ceremony on Dec 4th and was buzzing with high energy and enthusiasm with over 400 registrants.The Challenge, which took place on Dec 5th, gave Software Developers the opportunity to display their Java Programming knowledge & capabilities. Based on their competence level, each participant took between 3 to 6 hours to write, modify, compile, test and debug software that was created by Proxor. The closing ceremony took place on December 6th with all the participants anxiously waiting for the announcement of results. The top 3 winners were recognized on stage and presented with their cash awards.According to the Billy Yuen, CEO of StackTrek,
